Shipping

Shipping for our wedding album is free, New Zealand wide. They are shipped using overnight courier with NZ Post, and you will receive a tracking number when they are on their way!

Shipping Times

Please allow 3 weeks from confirmation of your digital proof to delivery. This gives us time to prepare, print and deliver to your doorstep. They are not eligible for returns as you are responsible for approving your final proof.

If you would like an album and you are outside of New Zealand, please email us at hello@keepsakegift.co.nz and we will give you a quote. Shipping to Australia is $10 and they generally take one week to arrive.

If there is a problem with your order, or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do what we can to resolve the issue.
